Heavily funded so there was always access to materials that DOE is unable to afford.
Cons
Poor and aggressive management from Junior Leaders, some Senior Leaders enabling oppressive behaviors in the workplace. Last minute and BIG changes so even when they "tried to prepare for the worst," the worst was always unforeseeable. ALWAYS working because the time we are actually allotted in the workday is never actually ours; it's filled with last-minute team huddles, staff meetings, and anything else you could think of.
