SMP is a rapidly growing company. There are a lot of opportunities for growth. The company regularly provides lunches, family-oriented events, and more. The leadership team is friendly and outgoing and receptive to new ideas. Equipment needs like computers are met quickly.

Cons

Employer contributions to health insurance premiums are lower than previous employers. Currently, there is no retirement matching on 401k or IRAs.

I've worked at Success Mortgage Partners for about 4 years and there is a great culture here. The owners truly care about the staff and do a great job of showing their appreciation. I left a good job to come here, but have zero regrets. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job in the mortgage industry.
