They hire and fire a lot of people- so many layoffs the last couple years! Health insurance is expensive. You don’t get many holidays off. Some people that they hire have no experience.

They will fire you without ANY notice, meeting, or any sort of communication - even after they give you a raise shortly before, and telling you what a great job you’re doing. They take too much pride in cutting department costs every week, which leaves you weary of their commitment to employees and actual department needs. I was fired after they hired 2 more people with significantly less salaries than myself, despite me telling them it was not necessary. They will also fire you because they don’t have work for you within just a few months of getting hired. These situations have happened to myself and my neighbor, who was hired there after I was let go and before I met her, so there was no association of that relationship. I have, however, given my honest ratings of the specific things they have asked me to in this review. These things have nothing to do with what I mentioned above.
