- Scheduling was done the night before, or day of. Many of the RBTs didn't know which child they were going to be with until 10 minutes before.
- There was no Office Admin at the time, and they were refusing to hire one due to "budget issues".
- They scheduled a client outside of the 10 mile radius for in-home sessions, which is against company policy.
- They were not following the Overtime Pay Process and refused to pay the legal rate to their employees
- Management continued to intervene in sessions and affect the treatment plan. There was lack of knowledge behind how ABA works, thus behaved inappropriately around the children.
- Management left a child unattended without another RBT or supervisor present due to lack of staff and overscheduling.
