      No work life balance but lots of talent and great people to learn from

      Pros

      You get a foot into the door with this huge industry. A lot of people are willing to help and show you the way. Very vibrant personalities

      Cons

      No work life balance. Upper management takes diversity lightly and often makes jokes. You feel like you are being judged even if you take a sick day off. Company doesnt feel like its the employees, everyone knows who the big boss is and it takes away from the feeling that you are working for something that is worth it since you dont reap the rewards

      Pros

      Room to grow, good managers to help you learn, you do feel like the company cares, part of a growing and expanding company

      Cons

      Promotions do not come with good pay increase. People newly hired get paid higher. Not much room to grow outside of traditional operations role in regional offices. Bonuses are terrible.
