      Pros

      Suffolk is probably the most technically sophisticated builder in the country. You will get to work on some amazing projects with a great team of people who bring new ideas and skills to work each and every day.

      Cons

      Suffolk is not for everyone. You have to have great energy, skills, collaboration and be willing to go the extra mile to accomplish the goals set forth.

      Pros

      The culture at Suffolk is like no other. Everyone is both personable and professional. I've worked at other GC companies and this place is by far the best yet with a lot of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Work life balance in construction is not ideal. Take advantage of Flexible PTO. And company diversity, especially in upper management opportunities needs improvement.
