      Pros

      - Defined responsibilities per role/position. - Roadmap to move on to the next role/position is defined so that each employee can work towards that goal. - Lots of training (online and classes in-person) available. - All tools/resources provided to successfully complete all the work. - Company culture is great. - Offices in other states, relocation to other offices is an option with proper coordination with upper management. - Benefits are great.

      Cons

      - Long working hours. - Life/work balance needs to improve. - Proper staffing of a project sometimes are hindered through contract negotiations.

      The company is made up of people who are very good at what they do. Senior leadership takes an active role in the day-to-day running of the organization.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons as of now, but I'm still somewhat new to the company (less than 1 year).
