      Pros

      The support you get from everyone is amazing. The teamwork aspect creates an awesome environment. There is always someone to help you no matter what you need. Upper management truly cares about their employees and are attentive when they speak.

      Cons

      There are not many. Long hours sometimes, but that is the nature of the business.

      *Plenty of support *Much of the staff is very approachable *They constantly revise and stay updated with SOPs and training *Willing to work with young folks new to the industry

      *The same as any other construction job. There's a lot to learn in a small amount of time. *Commutes can be long at times.
