Endless learning opportunities; supportive and friendly environment; advancement opportunities are abundant and a clear action path with skill set development tools and educational recommendations is provided; diverse community and inclusive attitude (I am a young woman working in the operations department and I have never felt more welcomed or valued on a construction site). Suffolk is a place where, regardless of your experience level, you will learn and grow as a professional.

Cons

Easy to get lost in the processes in the beginning if you don't know where to look for resources--do not be afraid to ask lots of questions when coming onboard!

- During the interview process, lots of attention was given. I always had a tether to get updates if I needed them - A plethora of resources available - Great attitudes of everyone I have met so far - a pleasant surprise

Cons

- First few days training schedule was pretty rigorous, may need some more time to revisit available training recordings
