      Pros

      Great culture, people sincerely want to make a difference. It's an intense environment but in the best way possible... There are people like Jay T, Jackie L, Alex H, Puneet M, Leah, and others who are trying to fundamentally make changes and help grow the organization in the best way.

      Cons

      There are people that have been around for too long and should make a change. They are the ones that call out the people listed above for simply trying to drive change at Suffolk. Instead of bashing those people, they should try to learn and embrace the change. I read through a number of the comments here and I don't think Suffolk is accurately represented. It's more about people not wanting to grow up and become professional.

      Pros

      Exciting large projects, feel rewarded when project is over and experienced senior staff.

      Cons

      Definitely a company with ins and outs, it's actually a big part of the culture of working here. You will be sized up and cast with in weeks, hopefully your dad is important. Once you are cast your reputation will be spread by others and follow you. After hour "social events" are mandatory even if your driving home... The topic of discussion will be your coworkers. Your name will be brought up. Long stressful hours 6 days plus (no one will disagree with that).

      Good pay. PTO, but you get looked down upon when you take it.

      Cons

      The culture has become very back stabbing. PEx running projects are not qualified and understand how to manage people. You can’t trust HR, because they tell everything to upper management. Performance reviews are a joke. They try to pigeon hold those that don’t drink kool aid. Promote those who are buddies and hang out together in off hours.
