Pros
Amazing people and culture. You're going to enjoy the people you work with a lot! The company is creating and executing amazing things, so it's great to be a part of that.
Cons
The work-life balance, can be very tough. There's still an old-school mentality of being in the office all the time and outside the regular 9-5 schedule. Some managers are better at balancing this than others. Good news is time taken off is respected though, so if you're out of office, you're not reached out to. No Bonus structure, it's just flat salary.
