      Pros

      Great culture. Prioritizes employees, clients, and safety. The company is extremely proactive in constantly improving to be the best.

      Cons

      In effort to standardize systems and methodologies and ensure best practices are being followed, a great deal of procedures, policies and reporting are required. These reports do have benefits and are essential.

      Benefits, pay, even better people, healthy work environment, healthy competition between co-workers to better ourselves everyday.

      Long hours, but understandable when you are in this industry.

      Pros

      Suffolk pays well compared to other GC's. They give you in your contract a lot of time off (But you can use it)

      Cons

      The culture at Suffolk is terrible it's very cut throat everyone is stabbing everyone else in the back. Also everyone on the west coast has been with the company less than a year and the people that are out Cem the main office have no idea how to build with advanced subs. There bread and butter is low bid private clients developing residential projects.
