      Amazing treatment during the whole interviewing phase. My first day I felt really good about my decision. Ever since everyone has been so friendly and I am already learning so much. Challenging and I can already see my career growing.

      Pros

      Very good salary and benefits, strong team building and practices on most sites. Better than average work/life balance. Senior Management is engaged in all aspects of daily operations.

      Cons

      Only as strong as your project team and what they believe is necessary...puts the team in some tough predicaments that should never occur.

      Ok choice for the first job but not a good choice for whole career. Not much work for the weekends.

      Upper management does not trust the employees to make good decisions. People with a lot of talent are either moving on or getting ready to move on.
