      Really good benefits, some good perks

      Cons

      Upper management is selfish and unwilling to take an active approach to improving morale. West coast operations are attempting to simulate East coast operations, however, the construction cultures are completely different. Operations must adapt to their working environs rather than attempting to influence a culture that runs counter to the norm.

      Great place to work for. very respectful of employees. The CEO has a great vision. the company is very invested in new technologies.

      Cons

      Not many, they could probably do a better job hiring some of the people that are put in charge some of the big projects.
