Pros

If you are young and directly out of college this would be the right place to start as you learn a lot.

Cons

As a women they do not like to promote there is a ceiling. Bunch old white men in mgmt.

Pros

As others have stated, salaries exceed industry averages. Also, fellow employees are (for the most part) friendly and easy to get along with.

Cons

It appears Suffolk's employee strategy is basically 30% more work for 10% more pay. At the office I work in (and this is standard at Suffolk), the standard workday is 7-5, and at least twice a week you'll be asked to work 7-7. Again, these are standard hours which ambitious employees routinely surpass. If you are not someone who enjoys working long hours or having a work-dominated life, this is probably not the company for you. There's a reason employee turnover is high...
