Pros

Clear, concise, consistent, and very friendly communication throughout interview process. Great documentation and overview of benefits promptly provided. Next steps always clear.

Cons

Relocation services company only reached out AFTER my relocation had already happened, but all expenses and relocation allowance honored per agreement signed with Suffolk.
