      -Large, challenging projects -Work side by side with very smart people -Great pay -national GC with advancement opportunities throughout the country

      Quality of people and expertise compared to other general contractors. Systems and technology are implemented and more advanced than I have seen at other companies.

      Pros

      Compensation is better than most. Generous time off policy. In addition to all the standard time off such as holidays, vacation, sick and personal time, Suffolk gives employees their birthday and 5 extra days off between Memorial Day and Labor day. The time off allows me to spend more time with my kids.

      Cons

      Some of the operating procedures are tedious.
