      people and culture are good

      For a company that had people on their "forefront "of their core. I was fired because I was on a leave of absence due to cancer. After my last surgery and on remission I got a call from my manager and fired me. My position got filled by someone "cancer free" like I am now.

      There is a lot of flexibility at Suffolk, working for an individual rather than a corporation, family atmosphere, relationship with other employees prior to starting work at Suffolk, more responsibility

      Cons

      Training for onboarding employees is extensive.
