Many of the people are nice and you get free lunch every now and then.

Cons

The owner loves to brag about how it's his money and he'll do what he wants with it. Puts all of this money into buildings, his private cars and boats and takes execs on lavish vacations and trips and brags. Managers are all friends of owner. Can't get anything unless youre one of the ones. Pay gaps are major between similar jobs. One person will make a fortune (because they are family) and the next won't make anything. Don't even think about being promoted.
