Way too much mandatory overtime! I mean, it’s more money in the bank, but I’m DEAD by the end of my shifts.

Management respects you as an adult who can make good decisions without rigorous supervision.

Some workers lack motivation. Thankfully they’re in the minority and they usually don’t last longer than a month or two, so their lack of performance doesn’t reflect poorly on the rest of us.
