Lots of overtime opportunities to those who would like them.

Cons

There is too much required overtime leaving little "work life balance". "The Sugar Food Culture" is nebulous and perhaps even a myth.

Pros

The staff at SugarFoods is so helpful and wants you to succeed at your position. They're passionate about what they do and it rubs off on those around them. They're very understanding of other obligations, and emphasize that school comes before your internship with them. They compensate nicely, and their Westlake facility is beautiful.

Cons

I have no cons to put here but glassdoor requires a minimum of 20 words in this section so yeah
