Sugar Foods isn’t going anywhere which means as long you do your job well, you’ve got guaranteed job security. In this economy, that’s what matters most to me.

Cons

There’s some things here and there but nothing bad enough to make me even consider leaving.

I loved the people I worked with. The pay was good, benefits were just so so. The company is really big on safety. They train you well for the job.

Cons

Like I said benefits were just so so. Also, managers tend to hover.
