Pros

Smart team. Fun culture. Respectful attitudes of fellow employees. Positive work environment. Great mix of humans. Management actively seeks out employee input to constantly improve product and company. Overall vibe is tremendously positive.

Cons

The usual cons with being a fast moving start up, but in the grand scheme they are minor and common to many companies in competitive markets.

Pros

Employees feel valued, we have a good work/life balance. There is accountability with projects and we are measured not only by efficiency but quality of the outcome. Employees enjoy the camaraderie at work and also outside of work which makes it a fun place to work.

Cons

A lot of work with limited resources, but it keeps the job challenging yet fun. Only one cafeteria on site so you would have to walk further or drive for other lunch options.

Cons

As with any startup - its a constant problem of figuring how do you optimize with limited resources. But it's a fun problem to have!
