Good insurance and 401k. WFH has made it much easier

Cons

Underpaid technology department. New CIO and Dedicated HR for Tech were hired but all talk and no gain still underpaid by big margin. Even after telling theanager was left waiting that we will review.

Interesting work in a "market leading" organizations.

Cons

Long hours and corporate politics are difficult to navigate. You need to get to know the right people, in the right office, to advance. They have recently begun to scale back incentive opportunities for lower-level employees which makes working there less desirable given the stress level and dealdines you will need to deal with.

Pros

I like the people here. I consider my boss, and my boss's boss to be friends of mine at this point. Compensation and benefits are great. Work life balance for a consulting company is great. We have regular touch base meetings to make sure workloads are manageable. Comparatively, this is much better than my last consulting job.

Cons

The consulting environment can be demanding at times.
