Pros
1. Good people and environment. They will be around you to help you out. 2. Secure & Onsite Opportunities. Sumeru has less or zero layoffs. 3. Work from Home option is great and favorable to employee's 4. Practicing Stress relieving techniques like Sudharshan kriya / Guided meditation weekly are great.
Cons
Working hours are little odd but cant point out paradigm for this as this industry works around for US and India hours.

- Very Challenging Projects - Good Support from Management on Projects - Flexible Timing - Flexible work from home facilities given to employees - Constant efforts from Management to keep the employees busy or in case of free time, opportunity for learning is given. - Dealing employees in a Fair manner
Cons
Location of Office. There is no other disadvantage I can think of. In fact if employees give 100%, there is ample opportunity for individuals to grow to greater heights...
