      Everything with policy to follow Working hour is reasonable if no overtime Annual leave more than 20 days.

      Cons

      Bad and old school management style, no leadship, lack of communication. No clear career path, no supports even for a new comer. The basic pay is below market average with increasingly workload and no ovetime pay.
