      Pros

      Excellent benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental) They don’t terminate you even if you don’t perform well.

      Cons

      Worked in San Jose office and I highly do not recommend to work here! Low salary; no annual merit increase. Too many Japanese expats who make you follow the Japanese business culture. No career opportunity for local employees to become management level. Very high turnover rate of local employees.

      Pros

      Good pay and a great challenge operating Expansion Machines. Good hard working people around. Day goes by fast as you're constant moving.

      Cons

      Breaks and lunches must be at or near machine. Some operators have no time to eat. The machines are old so much monitoring needed and can't take your eyes off of it.

      Cons

      Typical pressure to succeed on first try, but they will provide additional resources if needed to help success. Small facility so limited advancement.
