      -Working with extremely knowledgeable and talented colleagues who are trying to solve a complicated problem. -Knowing that our work directly impacts millions of people who are burdened with student loans. -A willingness of the management team to listen to ideas and incorporate suggestions. - Great culture!!! I really can’t stress this enough. - Our values and mission to always help student loan borrowers are ingrained in our DNA as a Public Benefit Corporation and as a certified B-Corp

      -really nice coworkers -being led by a team of people who value their employees and allow for open discussion -working with people who are passionate about helping borrowers who need it the most -great mission

      Pros

      Summer is a great place to work! It's very driven focused which is why I decided to join. Everyone on the team is super passionate about what they do and constantly striving to make the product better. There's a ton of collaborations across teams which is nice because I get to experience a little bit of each part of how Summer works . It's also still small enough that I know everyone's name and feel comfortable eating lunch with anyone.

      Cons

      Not much to put here to be honest - only real con is that there are limited conferences rooms and places to escape to if you don't want to sit at your desk
