There are a few in upper management that truly cares about the company as well as the employees. It's an OK paycheck. Benifets could be better.

Cons

Management typically has so many personal issues or quarks that interferes with everyday tasks. The technologies used are always failing for both employer and customer alike. HR is a joke.
