Worked by yourself, no boss looking over shoulder, pay was ok, work and life balance was good
Cons
No computer to work out of, only one maintenance tech for 4 buildings, company vehicles, prosuction equipment, forklifts, golf carts, ordering parts, people bombard you with too much stuff. Work orders, emails, phone calls and text all done on my personal phone amd no reimbursement, $600/biweekly for just medical (yes you read that right), benefits sucked. No life insurance or AD&D.
