Pros

There's a lot of work. The pay is good and the work environment is like family.

Cons

The shifts are really long but that's because there's a lot of over time.

Pros

You can make good money if you work hard, but the conditions are terrible and the hours are not good.

Cons

The work conditions are very hard labor intensive and not flexible. They work you longer then legally allowed, and fight you for your pay.
