Lots of work available with long hours. A lot of out of town work
Cons
Employee treatment wasn’t the best, no one who works there takes pride in their work, a lot of BS politics, a lot of empty promises, no time to see your family
Hands off Management approach-As long as you are doing your job and bringing in work, Managers leave you alone and let you do your job.
Cons
It is growing very rapidly. This has overwhelmed the corporate office and it can be difficult at times to get support to the satellite offices. But, once these problems are identified, corporate does adapt and change to the conditions. Overall, a good company to work for.
