Pros

Summit invest in their employees long-term. Commission plan is around the average of other fire protection companies. One of the largest fire protection companies in the country lots of resources and training opportunities.

Cons

Like any industry merging companies together there's headaches but takes time to fully merge everything.

Pros

They had decent health insurance.

Cons

Treated like garbage. You don't matter. If your not one of the good ol boys, you'll get pushed out. They play favorites for sure. Experience doesn't mean anything. Terrible management.
