Decent pay and benefits for Florida.

Cons

Middle and higher management are clueless of the work on the ground, will take advantage of those that do know what they are doing and then take credit for their work. When the company screws up it's CYA all the way down and you are the scapegoat.

Large company that would rather buy more companies than take care of the ones they have already integrated. Micromanagement at its finest If they find out your a good employee you can expect to be overworked You can expect phone calls all times of day even after working hours
