Not a great idea

Pros

Weekly pay, office people can basically be part time at full time pay, and kinda left alone from rest of the company.

Cons

They fill management positions without really interviewing to see if you’re actually qualified. Bad moral is blamed on techs and not the source which is poor management. If you’re looking to advance your career you will have to go somewhere else because that’s what they’ll do instead of promoting from within.

Pros

Employee benefits are amazing for a privately owned corporation. Lots of opportunities for career advancement and relocation. A senior leadership team that cares about its employees and always takes into account how something may effect its employees positively or negatively before proceeding. Open communication, easy management access, lots of resources, great incentive plans.

Cons

Gowning fast sometimes leaves a little wake and some catching up to do on internal processes. New policies and new procedures rolling out often.

Pros

Weekly pay, flexible work schedule and good benefits.

Cons

You will not be able to enjoy any of the "Pros." This place was the most toxic place I have ever worked (maybe in my entire life and I am 40 years old). The management is definitely doing some quasi-immoral reporting, regarding sales and profit. However, that is not what makes this place such a terrible place to work. First off, do not expect any training (for any position). They will tell you, "we don't hold hands here." But what they really mean is - YOU'RE on your own (just like their customers, unfortunately). No one, including the BRANCH MANAGER, is concerned about your success. As a matter of fact: employees and department heads will literally take liberties to HINDER your success. Secondly, there is a negative culture with horrible company policies. Cocky, rude and narcissistic employees that only get worse as you climb the corporate hierarchy.
