Been here for a few years now. I like it. The management is knowledgeable. Coworkers are there to work. People take life safety seriously.

Cons

Little bit of micromanaging. Sometimes people call out affecting your day.

Weekly pay, office people can basically be part time at full time pay, and kinda left alone from rest of the company.

Cons

They fill management positions without really interviewing to see if you’re actually qualified. Bad moral is blamed on techs and not the source which is poor management. If you’re looking to advance your career you will have to go somewhere else because that’s what they’ll do instead of promoting from within.
