Use to be a decent pay, until they docked everyone's wages by 15% during pandemic. Not only that, but mandatory overtime was expected, because they went from non-essential to essential, by learning to make masks & selling them for $15.00+. You're not appreciate and there are no "adda girl/boy" at Summit. Terrible management. You can't trust upper management in any way. Even corporate in NY won't have your back. They're shady and not trustworthy. I would've been there 7 years, this past May. They "terminated" my position, therefore I was no longer needed. This was told to me on a Friday and I was to go back to work that Monday!! That very week, they had someone doing MY job!! It's all about the way you look and whose butt you kiss, at Summit Golf Brands. I was hurt and felt like I'd been stabbed in the back by so many, when I was let go. But; it turns out that it was the best thing that could've happened to me. I'm now in my dream job, where I'm appreciate. Think twice people.
