Pros

Flexible with WFH, time off, work hours. A lot of nice people. Overall positive environment.

Cons

The pay is not high. A bit of a mess and using outdated software.

President is a great leader; driven but compassionate. The team is great and many have been there a long time. Everyone strives to excel.

None for me but this is not a place you can skate along.

Pros

Got the schedule I always requested and was paid good money for my age of 16 for what I was doing. Provided snacks for your breaks some-tikes too and wouldn’t have a huge problem with you calling out sick

Cons

As a production associate it gets pretty tiring to sit there for your whole shift doing the same thing while standing the whole time. The only time you are allowed to sit is if you decide to go to the bathroom or take your break. The co workers there were somewhat nice but also some where pretty immature and harassing.
