Salary, encouragement of career advancement, hours, no call Hard working employees,benefits, no Holidays unless you sign up, not AS corporate like hospitals are. OT offered, and excellent equipment.
Cons
Management, disorganization with scheduling, lack of communication, forced to work at other sites due to “lack of coverage”when there are more then enough part time and per diem employees, and extreme favoritism.
