      Pros

      Great work environment, good people, great work experience/ resumé builder, training of employees, and great work life balance.

      Cons

      Raises and upward movement in the company has no timetable. Don't expect SLC to approach you and tell you what a good job you are doing and that you deserve a raise. I have watched many co workers quit or move departments just so they could move up in the company.

      I love the moral hear, people are willing to help with anything you have questions about.

      Cons

      Not willing to give your employees a raise when deserves it. No structure when it comes making a career path for someone that wants to move up.

      The people here are incredible. I am fortunate to work in Heber, where I also enjoy calling Heber home. Summit provides competitive compensation, fun, family, small town company culture, and backed by a financially stable Fortune 500 company, Quanta Services Inc (PWR).

      Cons

      Keeping up with the growth can be a stretch. Pool of qualified candidates to fill positions.
