      Pros

      I generally love the people that I work with. Companies that I have worked with before always say that they want you to have good relationships with the people that you work with, but I feel like Summit not just encourages it but also gives you opportunities to build these relationships.

      Cons

      There are times that work slows down and there is not as much to do and makes the days a little longer.

      Pros

      being new to the line industry, I found I was easily able to ask for help. Everyone was patient with me as I got up to speed. The benefits are great. I can tell that they do care for my wellbeing and do all they can to accommodate my personal needs.

      Cons

      Management can be a bit disorganized. I understand this due to the rate at which this company is growing. It does seem as though we are learning as we grow.
