Cons

Either you take the beautiful commute through the canyon or find a way to deal with the inflated cost of living in Heber City.

The people here are incredible. I am fortunate to work in Heber, where I also enjoy calling Heber home. Summit provides competitive compensation, fun, family, small town company culture, and backed by a financially stable Fortune 500 company, Quanta Services Inc (PWR).

Cons

Keeping up with the growth can be a stretch. Pool of qualified candidates to fill positions.
