      Great work environment, good people, great work experience/ resumé builder, training of employees, and great work life balance.

      Cons

      Raises and upward movement in the company has no timetable. Don't expect SLC to approach you and tell you what a good job you are doing and that you deserve a raise. I have watched many co workers quit or move departments just so they could move up in the company.

      - Flexible with home life - Values Team Building - Adheres to corporate Policy while maintaining a family comes first perspective - Always engaging in company activities to include employees and their families - Willing to listen to concerns or ideas for innovation. - A peaceful and positive energy environment to work in

      Cons

      - No fountain drink machine in the break room. - It is really hard for me to find anything other than that for a con because as an employee they always are willing to hear complaints and work to make you happy.
