Company continues to grow every year so there are so many opportunities to grow with the company. Position available across the United States and Summit welcomes anyone relocating to seek other opportunities within the organization. Casual atmosphere, friendly co-workers, small business feel with a sense of community and support.

Cons

Due to growth we are always evolving and changing which some people might find unsettling but it's always a positive change.
