Too much work

Pros

The pay is better than other companies.

Cons

The people are treated like idiots. One person is expected to do the job of three people and insure quality on every part the produce.

Has become toxic

Pros

Good benefits (401k, health, dental, vision). Pay is average. Place is pretty clean and organized. Hourly and supervisors are pretty friendly.

Cons

Very toxic upper management. No direction as a company. Accountability has gone to the way side. Used to be very disciplined and by the book, now a blind eye gets turned way too many times.

Pros

Nothing at all is good there

Cons

Management and HR are horrible, paychecks never right, health insurance and dental are horrible. Work you 6 days a week, sometimes 12 hour days, and you never get ahead. Constant natural gas smell nobody fixes. Pay is horrible for the amount of workload placed on you. Point system is a joke, along with paid personal time, and vacation time. Never can keep employees cause they are not treated with respect, or adequately paid.
