      Good environment, okay pay, good place to learn there manufacturing process and environment. Opportunity to grow within organization but will have to put in the hours to get noticed.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and no one is held accountable for actions or tasks. Machinery and systems are outdated and could be improved.
