Pros

It’s a job that pays and often has openings.

Cons

Managers worker the good employees too hard to compensate for not coaching up the poor employees. Pay is below average.

Pros

Money is decent for not too hard of work and the people there are good.

Cons

Dirty bathrooms, can be repetitive/boring after awhile (not that much of an issue though)

It’s a job.

Pros

Health benefits, 401k, good pay, good people for the majority, build seniority quickly after a year or two, build ppt/vacation time quickly if you show up to work every day.

Cons

Inconsistent shift hours (may work 10 hrs, may work 6), very hot summer weeks, some of the management, unnecessary work rules such as “no outside water bottles.”
