      Pros

      Summit has good insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Mangement changes too often. Rules change as a result quite a bit. No definite schedule. We have to many layoffs.

      Decent amount of Overtime. mandatory.

      Cons

      Temp forklift drivers on 2nd shift make less than first shift operators Poor PTO accumulation No initial sick days or vacation days only a point out system. Also blatant lack of safety driving Months into work before forklift assessment were administered to half of crew
