Pay is good, good coworkers

Cons

They fire employees even during their first week. They don't give much time for them to adjust to expectations. They break OSHA laws by enforcing a policy of only two bathroom breaks per shift, adding 1/4 a point and those accumulate to you getting fired. They break promises of paying bonuses but never getting them at the end

Cons

Almost every department is understaffed. There are more managerial positions being created but the won't promote from within. The pay is definitely not great, unless you're a Manager, Engineer or in Human Resources. (Which is overstaffed)
