Pros

Pay, benefits, coworkers are great.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work for. Company cared about employees, managers knew every person on the floor. Changes in management from the plant level all the way to the top have ushered in a new era. Everything is about metrics, people are expendable cattle. You can voluntarily work unpaid overtime (salary) and be griped st about not getting enough done one day, and have your focus on your job questioned the next. Management is more concerned about making themselves look good, than what's best for the workers, or even the company.

Pros

Okay pay, decent benefits. Okay ppt and vacation.

Cons

Its a virtual sweat shop. There is a tendency to play favorites and to pass blame for the failure of policy onto the employees. They tend to starve their quality departments and keep toxic people around. Anyone who isn't management is a disposable. Even management is almost a revolving door, with people coming and going constantly. We have lost key people in management and veteran workers rapidly over the years. We have lost our molding supervisor, who was the third in around 5 years, as well as a constant turnover of lower level engineers and, as I said previously, veteran workers. The factory heads basically us the departments as a sort of reputational ablative armor, the masses taking the brunt of the punishment for their poor policies. Its a nightmare. Do not apply here, not matter what level you are looking for.
